    1) The Meet & Greet Once you have reviewed all of our process information, we will schedule a meeting with our General Contractor and Owner, Steve Dennison. This one-hour "meet & greet" is an opportunity to discuss our processes, and to ask questions about your potential new build. 2) Planning, Designing and Engineering To initiate the new home build process, we will require a deposit which will cover the cost of the Design Package, Building Plans, and Engineering costs such as the Site Drainage plan. This deposit will hold a spot for your build in our schedule and is due before we begin. The Design Package (DP): an extensive package that includes drawings, selections, and specifications that are required for all elements of the project. Over several meetings, our experienced in-house Design Team will walk you through all of your design elements and selections for every room in your new home, as well as the exterior. They will ensure that everything coordinates beautifully and that your vision is entirely captured. The Plans: If you do not have your house design plans completed, we can certainly make recommendations for local House Designers. Our team is here to assist you and together, we will explore your plans thoroughly to ensure your new home is well designed. 3) Investment Once the Design Package is completed, the Project Management team will then be able to prepare an accurate budget. With the budget and the Design Package in hand, you will have a more complete picture of your new home! For a more detailed process layout and next steps, please contact us.
